Coworking desks in downtown Everett

A real desk, a real chair, fast wifi on gig speed fiber and a door that unlocks with your phone at any hour. $199 a month on an annual plan, no build-out and no ten-year lease.

The short answer

Think Tank Cowork sells open coworking desks at 2817 Wetmore Avenue in downtown Everett, Washington. A membership is $199 per month on an annual plan or $299 per month, month-to-month, and it includes unlimited visits, 24/7 keyless access, fast wifi on gig speed fiber, unlimited coffee and espresso, the phone booth and The Beat, which is both podcast studio and Zoom room, black and white printing, and meeting room hours at half the public rate. If you would rather try it first, a day pass is $59 booked ahead or $79 same day.

What an open desk gets you

An open coworking membership means all three floors are yours to use as often as you like. You take any available desk, you leave when you're done, and you don't pay for square footage you aren't sitting in. Everything below is included in the membership rather than billed as an add-on.

  • 24/7 keyless access. The door opens with your phone. Early mornings, late nights and weekends are all normal here.
  • Gig speed fiber, fast wifi. Symmetrical fiber into the building, so screen sharing and big uploads behave the same as downloads.
  • Unlimited craft coffee and espresso. Plus tea and sparkling water, for you and for guests.
  • The phone booth. A closed door for the call you can't take at a shared table.
  • The Beat. Our podcast studio, and a Zoom room when nobody is recording. Unlimited credits for members.
  • Meeting rooms at half price. Members book The Bulb and The Huddle at 50% off the public rate, with no credits to track.
  • Black and white printing. Complimentary, at the shared printer.
  • Mail and a business address. Available on dedicated desk and office plans.

Who works here

Mostly people who live in Snohomish County and stopped commuting to Seattle. Remote employees whose companies gave up their offices, freelancers and consultants, real estate and mortgage professionals who need somewhere to meet clients, therapists and coaches, and small teams of two or three who have outgrown a kitchen table but can't justify a lease.

The building has been open since 2021 and holds a 4.9 average rating across more than 60 Google reviews. Members describe the community as the part that keeps them here, which is the part a price sheet can't show you.

The best co-working spot in the area. Prime downtown Everett location, modern space, and everything you need like fast WiFi, snacks, and conference rooms. There's also a great outdoor patio. What really sets it apart is the community; it genuinely feels like more than just a desk rental. Highly recommend!

I started my membership at Think Tank to get out of the house and find some creative inspiration. It's certainly been great for that, but I've also found it to be a great hub to connect with customers and colleagues when I'm here. The conference rooms have been great, and my guests always feel welcome when they come by. I highly recommend coming by and checking the facilities out.

Questions we get asked

How much is coworking in Everett?

Coworking at Think Tank Cowork is $199 per month with an annual commitment, or $299 per month on month-to-month terms. A day pass is $59 booked at least 24 hours ahead, $79 same day, or four passes for $190.

Can I come and go whenever I want?

Yes. Coworking members get 24/7 keyless access to the building, including nights and weekends. Day passes run 9am to 5pm.

How fast is the internet?

The building runs on gig speed symmetrical fiber. Private offices and dedicated desks plug into it directly over Cat6, and open coworking desks, day passes and meeting room bookings run on the wifi, which is built to hold up under video calls and large uploads.

Is there a long contract?

No. Coworking runs month-to-month, so the shortest commitment is 30 days rather than the three to ten year lease a traditional office requires. Annual terms cost less, and members who start month-to-month can switch to annual within 60 days and receive credit for the difference.

What is the difference between a coworking desk and a dedicated desk?

An open coworking desk means you take any available seat, on any of the three floors. A dedicated desk is yours alone, with a monitor, docking station, locking cabinet and mail handling, at $399 per month with an annual commitment.

Can I take calls and meetings?

Yes. Every membership includes the private phone booth and The Beat, a closed-door room that serves as both podcast studio and Zoom room, plus The Bulb, which seats 6, and The Huddle, which seats 12, both bookable at half the public rate for members.
