A day pass at Think Tank Cowork, 2817 Wetmore Avenue in downtown Everett, Washington, is $59 booked at least 24 hours ahead, $79 same day, or four passes for $190. It covers 9am to 5pm at an open desk with high speed wifi, the private phone booth, The Beat as a podcast studio or Zoom room, and unlimited coffee and espresso. No membership, no tour required, and if you join within 30 days the pass applies to your first month.
Three kinds of people, mostly. Someone visiting Everett for a few days who needs a desk that isn't a hotel bed. Someone who works from home four days a week and needs the fifth one somewhere quieter than home. And someone who is thinking about joining and would rather test the room than take a tour of it.
All three get the same thing: a working day that goes the way you planned it.

The math turns over quickly. Four passes are $190. A month of unlimited coworking is $199 on an annual plan, and it comes with 24/7 keyless access instead of 9-to-5, meeting rooms at half price, and printing.
| Single day pass | Four-pass bundle | Coworking membership | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $59 ahead / $79 same day | $190 | $199/mo annual, $299 month-to-month |
| Hours | 9am to 5pm | 9am to 5pm | 24/7 keyless access |
| Visits | One day | Four days | Unlimited |
| Meeting rooms | Full public rate | Full public rate | 50% off the public rate |
| Printing | Not included | Not included | Complimentary black and white |
| Commitment | None | None | Annual or 30 days |
If you buy a pass and join inside 30 days, we credit the pass toward your first month, so trying it first is free either way.

The building sits under five minutes from I-5, off the US-2 trestle from Lake Stevens and Snohomish, a straight run south on I-5 from Marysville, and up WA-526 from Mukilteo and Paine Field. If you're in town for business at Boeing or the Port of Everett, this is a shorter drive than a Seattle office and a better desk than a hotel lobby.
Think Tank in Everett had everything we needed to work remotely while in the area for two weeks. The team there was incredibly supportive and helpful answering questions, and everything was really easy to set up and book space. Highly recommend!!

The best co-working spot in the area. Prime downtown Everett location, modern space, and everything you need like fast WiFi, snacks, and conference rooms. There's also a great outdoor patio. What really sets it apart is the community; it genuinely feels like more than just a desk rental. Highly recommend!

Think Tank Cowork has a beautiful space to work, collaborate, and find maximum production. Their staff and team is kind, professional, and more than accomodating. It was an amazing experience for our team! We cannot thank them enough for hosting us.

I started my membership at Think Tank to get out of the house and find some creative inspiration. It's certainly been great for that, but I've also found it to be a great hub to connect with customers and colleagues when I'm here. The conference rooms have been great, and my guests always feel welcome when they come by. I highly recommend coming by and checking the facilities out.

Day passes run 9am to 5pm. Members on coworking and office plans have 24/7 keyless access, so if you need nights and weekends, a membership is the right fit.
An open desk, high speed wifi, the private phone booth, The Beat as a podcast studio or Zoom room, unlimited craft coffee and espresso, tea and sparkling water, and The Hub. Meeting rooms are bookable by the hour on top of the pass.
Booking at least 24 hours ahead saves $20, so yes if you can. Same-day passes are $79 and are subject to space being available.
Yes. If you join within 30 days, your pass applies to your first month, so trying the space first costs you nothing extra.
Calls, yes. The private phone booth is included, and so is The Beat, which serves as a Zoom room when nobody is recording in it. Guests, no. A day pass covers one person and does not include visitors, so if you are meeting anyone, book The Bulb, which seats 6, or The Huddle, which seats 12, by the hour instead.
Street parking is available out front on Wetmore Avenue, with a garage around the corner. Everett Station is a few blocks away if you arrive by train or bus.
You can read about a room, or you can stand in it. 2817 Wetmore Ave, downtown Everett.
