The $20 difference is really about your schedule. If you can swing by before noon on a weekday, take the $49 plan. If your work happens at 7am or 9pm, the locker pays for itself the first time you don't have to reorganize a day around a package.
Why an address at a staffed building beats a PO box
- It's a street address, not a box number. Some registrations, banks and platforms won't accept a PO box.
- Carriers deliver here. UPS, FedEx and Amazon leave packages inside the building, not on a step.
- It's a real place. If a client looks it up, they find a coworking building in the historic downtown core, not a mailbox store.
