Both rooms run Logitech Rally 4K with built-in microphones and speakers, plus Swytch for one-cable laptop connection. Swytch needs the free DisplayLink driver, so install it before your meeting rather than at the top of the hour: Windows or macOS.

Conference rooms have a two-hour minimum booking. Dedicated desk and private office memberships include complimentary premium room credits. All other members book at 50% off. The rates above are the public rate, open to anyone. Booking a room? Your booking fee applies to your first month if you join within 30 days.

What comes with the hour

The room is not the whole rental. For the length of your booking you have the run of the premium spaces, so a twelve-person offsite can break into small groups without anyone standing in a hallway. Conference rooms book in a two-hour minimum.

  • Logitech Rally 4K conferencing. Built-in microphones and speakers in both rooms, plus Swytch for one-cable laptop connection. Install the free DisplayLink driver before you arrive and it works on the first try.
  • High speed wifi on gig fiber. The building runs on gig speed symmetrical fiber, and the rooms ride the wifi off it. Your call won't be the reason the meeting runs long.
  • Run of the premium spaces. The phone booth, The Beat as a private Zoom room, The Hub, and the rooftop deck, open to you while you're booked.
  • Bottomless craft coffee. Espresso, tea and sparkling water, for you and everyone you brought.
  • Display and whiteboard in both rooms, with markers that actually work.
  • A downtown address with a real entrance. Guests arrive somewhere that looks like a business, not a lobby bench.
