Private offices in downtown Everett

A door that closes, furnished and ready, without a ten-year lease or a build-out. Part-time from $299 a month. Full-time from $699.

The short answer

Think Tank Cowork rents furnished private offices at 2817 Wetmore Avenue in downtown Everett, Washington. Part-time private offices start at $299 per month on an annual plan or $399 month-to-month, and include 16 private-office hours each month plus 24/7 access to the whole coworking space. Full-time private offices start at $699 per month on an annual plan and are currently full, with a waitlist. Every plan includes internet, coffee, cleaning, utilities and meeting room credits.

Two ways to have a door

Most people who ask for a private office don't need one every hour of every day. They need one for the four client calls, the two interviews and the afternoon of focused work that don't survive an open floor. That's what the part-time plan is for. If your week genuinely runs behind a closed door, take a full-time office.

How the part-time office actually works

You hold a coworking membership with 16 hours of private-office time attached to it. You book the office in the member portal the way you'd book a meeting room, walk in, close the door, and leave it clean for the next person. Need a nineteenth hour that month? Additional hours are half price. Need somewhere to keep a monitor and a box of files? Add a locker for $30 a month, or move up to a dedicated desk at $399 a month, which comes with a monitor, docking station, locking cabinet and mail handling.

The offices are shared and reset after every reservation, which is the trade that makes $299 possible. Nothing is left behind, so nothing gets moved, borrowed or lost.

Who takes an office here

Therapists and coaches who need confidentiality. Mortgage, insurance and real estate professionals who bring clients in to sign. Attorneys and CPAs running a solo practice. Two-person teams who want to be able to talk out loud all day. Regional managers who need a base in Snohomish County instead of a hotel lobby.

The lease you're not signing

A small downtown office on a traditional lease means a three to ten year term, a personal guarantee, a security deposit, your own internet install, your own furniture, your own janitorial and your own power bill. It also means paying for the square footage in August whether you use it or not. Here the commitment is a year at the low rate or 30 days at the flexible one, and members who start month-to-month can switch to annual within 60 days and get credit for the difference.

Think Tank Cowork has a beautiful space to work, collaborate, and find maximum production. Their staff and team is kind, professional, and more than accomodating. It was an amazing experience for our team! We cannot thank them enough for hosting us.

I started my membership at Think Tank to get out of the house and find some creative inspiration. It's certainly been great for that, but I've also found it to be a great hub to connect with customers and colleagues when I'm here. The conference rooms have been great, and my guests always feel welcome when they come by. I highly recommend coming by and checking the facilities out.

The best co-working spot in the area. Prime downtown Everett location, modern space, and everything you need like fast WiFi, snacks, and conference rooms. There's also a great outdoor patio. What really sets it apart is the community; it genuinely feels like more than just a desk rental. Highly recommend!

What is a part-time private office?

A part-time private office is for people who want the flexibility of coworking but need a closed-door office for part of the month. Membership includes 16 private-office hours each month, 24/7 access to all Think Tank coworking areas, and 50% off additional private-office hours. Offices are furnished, shared, and reserved through the member portal rather than permanently assigned.

How much is a private office in Everett?

Can I leave equipment or personal items in the office?

No, not in a part-time private office. Those are shared and reset after every reservation, so personal items cannot be left behind, and members who need storage can add a locker for $30 per month. Is the office furnished?

Yes. Offices come furnished with a desk, seating and lighting, so there is no build-out, no furniture order and no contractor. You bring a laptop.

Do I still get the rest of the space?

Yes. Every office plan includes 24/7 keyless access to the coworking space, the phone booth, The Beat as a podcast studio or Zoom room, unlimited coffee and espresso, 300/300 Mbps wifi and meeting room credits.

How is this different from leasing a small office downtown?

A traditional small office means a three to ten year lease, a security deposit, your own internet account, your own furniture, your own cleaning and your own utilities. Here the term is annual or month-to-month and every one of those line items is already included.
