How it works

  1. 1

    Book a free tour

Fifteen minutes, no hard sell. If you'd rather skip the small talk and just work here for a day, buy a day pass instead and see how the room feels on a normal Tuesday.

  2. 2

    Work here for a day

Take a desk. Make a coffee. The people at the next table are Everett freelancers, remote employees and entrepreneurs, and most of our members found us because one of them said something nice about us.

  3. 3

    Choose your plan

Day passes for those scared of commitment. Month to month if you want room to change your mind. Annual if you want the lowest rate. A private office when the team outgrows the open floor.

Home, coffee shop, or a lease

A ten-year lease on space you have to build out. A coffee shop that was never designed for work. A kitchen table that never stops being a kitchen table.

The best co-working spot in the area. Prime downtown Everett location, modern space, and everything you need like fast WiFi, snacks, and conference rooms. There's also a great outdoor patio. What really sets it apart is the community; it genuinely feels like more than just a desk rental. Highly recommend!

Think Tank Cowork has a beautiful space to work, collaborate, and find maximum production. Their staff and team is kind, professional, and more than accomodating. It was an amazing experience for our team! We cannot thank them enough for hosting us.

I started my membership at Think Tank to get out of the house and find some creative inspiration. It's certainly been great for that, but I've also found it to be a great hub to connect with customers and colleagues when I'm here. The conference rooms have been great, and my guests always feel welcome when they come by. I highly recommend coming by and checking the facilities out.

Think Tank in Everett had everything we needed to work remotely while in the area for two weeks. The team there was incredibly supportive and helpful answering questions, and everything was really easy to set up and book space. Highly recommend!!

Before you come by

Where is Think Tank Cowork located?

Think Tank Cowork is at 2817 Wetmore Ave, Everett, WA 98201, in the historic Wetmore building in downtown Everett. The entrance is at street level on Wetmore Ave, a few blocks from the Everett Station transit hub.

What are the hours and how does access work?

Coworking and office members get 24/7 keyless access to the building, so you can come in any hour of any day. Day passes run 9am to 5pm.

Am I locked into a long lease?

No. Coworking at Think Tank Cowork runs month to month, so the shortest commitment is 30 days rather than the three to ten year lease a traditional office requires. There is a membership agreement to sign, as there is at any coworking space. Annual terms are offered at a lower rate, and members who start month to month can switch to annual within 60 days and receive credit for the difference.

How much does coworking cost?

Coworking is $199 per month with an annual commitment, or $299 per month on month-to-month terms. Both include unlimited visits, 24/7 keyless access, unlimited coffee and espresso, high speed internet, the phone booth and podcast studio, complimentary black and white printing, and meeting room credits with additional hours at 50% off.

How much is a day pass?

A day pass is $59 when booked at least 24 hours ahead and $79 same day, or four passes for $190. Day passes cover 9am to 5pm access with high speed internet, the private phone booth, and the podcast studio.

Do you offer dedicated desks?

Yes. Dedicated desks with a monitor, docking station, locking cabinet, and mail handling are available at $399 per month with an annual commitment. Ask about availability on your tour.

Can I book a meeting room without a membership?

Yes, both meeting rooms are open to non-members. The Bulb seats 6 at $65 per hour and The Huddle seats 12 at $85 per hour. Every Think Tank membership includes meeting room credits, and members book additional hours at half the public rate.
